How To Enter:

ASEAN International Youth Piano Competition (AIYPC) adapts to the digital age by facilitating both online competitions and physical performance awards, masterclasses and exchange programs. 

 

To participate in the 2026 Inaugural 2026 ASEAN International Youth Piano Competition, please follow the following details:

 

1. All nationalities are welcome to join AIYPC

2. Select the Competition Category you wish to enter. There are 3 categories to choose from: Age Category, Graded Category and Professional Category.  Please refer to Competition Rules for details of each category

3. Contestants can select more than One Category to enter. Separate submission must be made for each Category

4. To be eligible for  the RM10,000 Rising Star Award, contestants must apply under the Professional Category in the appropriate age group. Please refer to Competition Rules for details on Professional category

5. Online submission opens on 12 Jan 2026 and Closes on 30 April 2026

6. Performance Video must be unedited and accurately captioned. Please refer to Rules and Regulations Clause 5 “Video Submission Requirements” for details

7. Payment of Application Fees: AIYPC accepts Bank Transfer, details of contestant’s full name and category of entry should be included. Bank Details as follows:
